Beijing Capital Airline was established in 1998 known as Deer Jet Airlines, and renamed “Beijing Capital Airlines” on 2010. Capital Airlines is co-invested by HNA Group and Beijing Tourism Group. Beijing Capital International Airport is its main base. BCA owns 73 airbus aircrafts (20 A319, 33 A320, 11 A321, 7 A330). It is one of the youngest fleet and the largest airbus aircrafts group in the country. According to the develop schedule, the 1st A350 will be introduced by the end of 2017, 150 aircrafts will be owned by BCA by the end of 2020.

 

Minimum Qualifications

– Maximum age 52 years(Inclusive)
– Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
– Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
– Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
– No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer or CAA
– ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
– No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government
– No license limitations (eg. VMC circle to land restriction)

[A320]
■ 500+ hours PIC on type (A319/320/321)
■ 3000+ hours total time
■ Current on type within 6 months and have flown within 6 months from date of application

[A330]
■ 1000+ hours PIC on type (A330)
■ 4000+ hours total time
■ Current on type within 6 months and have flown within 6 months from date of application

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

1.Term: 3 years or 6 years, renewable

A320: 3 year initial / Renewable at 5 year increments
A330: 4 year initial / Renewable at 5 year increments
 
2.Base

A320: Beijing, Sanya, Hangzhou, Qingdao, and Guangzhou (all available now)
A330: Beijing, Qingdao, Hangzhou

Discount tickets

Crew Members and/or their immediate family members are entitled for unlimited staff discount standby tickets within Beijing Capital Airlines’ network

Initial Screening

 

Initial Screenings will be held every month. The Screening will include:

1. Docoument Screening
2. Phase 1: Medical Check, Aviation theory exam (Chinese ATPL)
3. Company Simulator Check
4. CAAC Simulator Check
